Size a WIP plan with Fibonacci effort

Situation: An active plan needs per-step Fibonacci points, status, and a deterministic 👀 progress block (percent, points, steps remaining).

Run: plan-effort-estimate

Procedure, scale, and scripts live only in the skill. Skill-local samples (e.g. assets/auth-migration.*) show JSON + markdown layout — do not duplicate them here.

What a good outcome looks like

  • *.effort.json beside the plan with Fibonacci effort and plan-status values
  • Plan top: ## 👀 {pct}% complete from --markdown-top
  • Plan bottom: step tables from --markdown-breakdown
  • Phase rollups sized by judgement (not summed from children)
